Economy shipping is FREE. Most orders are shipped the same business day via USPS/FedEx, and will take between 3-8 business days to arrive. Since we use both FedEx & USPS please include a street address and PO Box if applicable.

Damaged package or item?
In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email or call us immediately so we can notify UPS and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for seven business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.

Need to cancel an order?
In order to provide our customers with excellent service, we process orders using an automated system, therefore orders cannot be canceled after they are placed. You may return any item per our return policy (listed below)

Return Information:
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Just send any Unused item back to us within 30 days of ORDERING and we will gladly refund your money. We do not require a return authorization. We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as UPS, FEDEX, or INSURED priority mail! We don't refund shipping charges, if your order was shipped free, a nominal shipping fee ($6) will be deducted from all returned or refused orders. We don't accept returns past 30 days from date of order. If an item is damaged or defective please hold on to the item & packaging and contact customer service for instructions.

What is the different strengths of fragrances mean? (Toilette, Parfum etc)
The difference is the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. The highest concentration is in pure perfume (or parfum). Next would be Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne. Eau De Toilette and Eau De Cologne are generally interchangeable, especially in Men's fragrances. After Shave has the least amount of oils. The higher the concentration the longer your fragrance will last, and the less you need to apply.

What is the difference between Spray & Splash bottles?
There is no difference in the fragrance itself. The difference is in the method of application only. Making the decision between spray and splash is entirely a matter of personal preference.


What is a tester or unboxed item?
Some of our items are available as testers or unboxed. They are the same exact high quality products but without the fancy packaging and/or cap. Testers usually do not come in a box or with a cap, while most unboxed items come with the cap. If you are purchasing fragrances for yourself or just do not need a box for the products these items will offer great savings.
